Pull up a seat at The Blending Table for an intimate, hands-on workshop where you'll step into the role of a winemaker and discover the art, science, and creativity behind crafting a balanced blend.

Guided by OBK's Head Winemaker Michael Dwyer, you'll taste individual varietals, explore how each wine contributes its own character, and experiment with blending different combinations to create something uniquely your own. Along the way, Michael will share the philosophy, trial and error, and decision-making that go into every OBK blend, giving you an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the winemaking process.

Whether you're a seasoned wine enthusiast or simply curious about what happens before a wine reaches your glass, this workshop is designed to be engaging, educational, and approachable.
